Ok, Jose in general chat is becoming a serious problem; he has banned me for disagreeing with his maga agenda too many times; this is getting out of hand.

We will be using the taunt 'hey, hey, mod jose; how many people have u banned today' if this isnt resolved soon enough

0. Jose can ban 0 people in chat. Only an admin or the owner bans.

I am also the one that kicks you more than Jose FYI, and not for anything to do with Maga. Its more like you cant keep it within the lines of civil and not include topics within your political posts that break the rules of Gen Chat.

So if you decide to spam that, you will be actioned for the act of spamming, not what you are actually saying... FYI

Your response is rather disingenuous. My comments are only in response to another who themselves use more inflammatory language and are virtually never called on it by any of the mods mostly because generally there are no mods, only the 'bobby' bot that monitors nothing.

The fact that I can't 'keep it within the lines of civil and not include topics within...political posts' suggests that you are only responding to what Jose tells you and not reading my actual comments or certainly not the posts I'm commenting on either. If you did you would notice my response is not dissimilar from the one I'm making here not only in style, but civility, too. I'm not the only one who notices that either.

It's obvious that the many of the mods, especially Jose, favor the maga mindset and show it every day by not kicking the most obvious uncivil language posters and instead removes those who respond to that uncivil language by calling them out on it to a higher degree. Liberty Bell, Vic (or Vicki or any other variation) Ferrari and several others are virtually never kicked for their use of highly improper language that belittles, denigrates and otherwise demeans to a much higher degree than anyone else and they are hardly ever challenged for it.

I do not initiate comments and I do not spam, I only respond to comments to provide more deeper context and will continue to push back and, no doubt, continue to be kicked for that response however 'uncivil' you believe them to be.

You say disingenuous, I say facts. Contrary to what a few of the "regular disruptors" claim, we do not action any political topic, it is allowed in Gen Chat. When you toss in a few personal attacks, bigotry, SM claims within your little political post, that is what you are being actioned for.

Show me in the rules where it says you only get actioned if you initiate? Ill save you the time, it doesnt. It doesnt matter if you are retaliating, its still a violation. We action the other side as well, you are just not privy to another users discipline. All users are kicked for the same violations. So stop that narrative and just focus on your own conduct.

Ill echo again, Mod feedback for Gen Chat goes to @TheLeigh, stop derailing another users post.

If you're not willing to listen to reason, then why are you here? @Drock has done his part and told you (more than once) why you were actioned, yet you continue to berate him and the staff members with random, useless insults (such as the above). You're refusing the answer, but it doesn't change the facts.

To reiterate, political conversations are allowed in General Chat and always have been. What's not allowed is using politics as a means of trolling others or breaking chat rules to validate your point. With that in mind, it really shouldn't matter if the mods lean politically left or right -- your focus should be on your own behavior to avoid being actioned again.

And you never get kicked for just saying "hi"

Maybe stop playing the victim, realize what you are doing wrong, and fix it. We would all be way better off AND you would get to stay in the room without being kicked. Sound good?
