Incompetent mods who lie about the reason for a kick should not be mods

In General Chat a few minutes ago, I was kicked by a mod who is a liar and incompent.
First, I am not under 13, as stated. Second, I'm almost 16, so I don't look under 13. Third, there is no rule against wearing a cheer outfit, not should there be. Therefore, I violate no rules, so the kick is proof that the mod is incompetent.

Not your first infraction for using images of girls who are or appear under 13. The image was in your PFP, so only showing above the waist. The girl looks under 13, and for a 13+ room, any images of UA13 are removed and actioned appropriately.

That is a lie. I know it, and you know it. Furthermore, I have never had such an infraction. Clearly, there is not a bit of truth in you. I see another mod is willing to lie to support your incompetence.
 
Even looking as your forums pfp, you don't look older than 13. I am sorry if you were wrongfully actioned but we action based on what we see. You appeared to be under 13, so Drock actioned you accordingly.

Not a lie. You have been actioned for images appearing under 13, and multiple multiple infractions for inappropriate images involving kids, among other actions. I will yield to @TheLeigh to post items from your history.
Keep digging though, lets just see how big this hole gets 🙂

Thank you. At least one person is reasonable. Apparently, when you point out a mod's mistake. Instead of admitting their mistake, that mod and other mods double down. Others, I don't know. Perhaps trying to curry favor with the mods.

Then, argue the facts. like you did in your first message. That is, whether the kick is appropriate based on my photo. The past, the future, and name-calling are not relevant. That doesn't imply that I agreed with your opinion, but you correctly argued the post, nothing more, nothing less.
 
If you still think it was the mod's fault, you can take it up with @TheLeigh but I promise you it wasn't. It was a rightful kick based on his perspective. he saw the pfp as under the age of 13, as did others. He did his job and he did it to the best of his ability. There should be no problem here now that you told us you are older than 13 and both sides told their opinions
