Unfair ban

Hey, I was chatting on adult chat (guests allowed) on the mobile site using my account Curvy38RP, I was randomly banned for spam last night. I was not spamming, I hadn’t sent any messages into the main chat and was talking in pm with someone at the time. Can you please lift this ban. I have never been banned or reported for anything previously and had not been spamming. Thank you

Is there an ongoing issue with that kind of thing because a couple of times recently while iv been chatting to different people in pm it’s suddenly marked their message as spam and banned them when they weren’t spamming either, iv never seen it happen before

It usually happens if the system detects you saying things you shouldn't. Various numbers and/or words can get you a spam ban from the system
