Enforce a time limit (the Skeezy rule)

Enforce time limits for all rooms:

VIPs get allocated 3 hours a day per room
Non-VIPs get allocated 2 hours a day per room
Guests get allocated 15 minutes a day per room

Benefits :
1) will drive away all the trolls (i.e. guests) and force people to register
2) will drive away all the weirdo lurkers and creeps who don't participate
3) no more reason to ban / ghost mute people since they are time limited anyway

In that case you’ll only have 15 minutes because you hide on guest names like the scared imbecile you are.
Better rule is no guests at all.
