Request for ban lift

Hi,

I failed to login to the chat this morning, and in stead received the message that I got banned. I have no reason why I got banned, or who put the ban on me. No particular reason was given. I can't seem to upload a screenshot, but here is the text message that I see on screen:

You are banned
You have been banned from this chat. Your IP address has been recorded and can be used by law enforcement to identify you in cases involving illegal activity. If you are underage, we may also submit your information to law enforcement if we feel it necessary for your safety.​

Here is some more relevant information:
  • My username is: Hump95
  • Room: Gay chat room
Could I kindly request to have this ban lifted?

Hello it seems this was a false spam ban. The ban has been lifted and you should be able to enter chat. Let me know if you cannot.

I did a few more attempts to login, but I still receive the "banned" message. Could it be that there is some delay?

@Ks_guy he still can't log in and he still says he is banned.

Hi,
Have you tried to log off and come back and restart your device? Have you cleared your history?
 
Sadly it still does not seem to be working.

I cleared my history, caches, and cookies. And I restarted my device. But for some reason the ban is still active.

Please let me know if I need to take some other actions on my side.

Have you tried a different browser?
 
A different browser doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
Just for your information, I am able to login as a guest on other chat rooms. Just not in the Gay Chat Room (neither as guest or with my account).
 
Seems to be the spam ban has your IP glitched and still think it’s banned. One last thing you could try is unplugging your router for a few minutes. Plug it back in. If that doesn’t resolve we may need to give the system time to remove your IP as banned.

Hmmm I see. Alright I will see what I can do on my side.

It's a shame really since I'm a paying member. But I understand that you can only do so much on your side.

I'll give it some time and let you know when I can access the chat again.
