Help editing profile info

I'm trying to edit my profile info so i can set it to female but i keep getting a warning box up saying

" you have reached maximum time allowed to modify this information. if you need to make a correction afterward, please contact staff for assistance. "

I have asked mods about it but they are not sure on how to fix it. anyone know how?

If you already set it to one gender and now are trying to change it to another, you won’t be able to. Your other option is to just to delete that one and create a new account.
