Lost Access to Chat Ave chat rooms

Help ! I written 4 + times and was told to change password (I did) , then was told to change screen name (I did many times) , was given a verification code code ( never a place to put it) and going on no service for 2 weeks,
What do I have to do?? Please help me I miss my friends.

So when you go to log into the room and you type that account name in, do you know which password to use? And if you don’t, you could try using the change password feature again.

Please don’t post your full email here.
It’s very easy to create a new email account. In my opinion, the easiest and simplest thing to do is just create a new email account and use that to create a new chat account.

In the time it took you to type up that post, you could’ve created a new G mail account.

If you have another email account that is not connected to any chat account then yes, you could try using it to create a new chat account.

I do know the currant password for Debbie 1234 on the aol email.

If I were you I would just start over. Create a new chat account with a new name and a new email account. Simple. Quick. Done.

Go into your mail settings and click on the spam folder like in the example here…..and see it the email is there.
