Banned from chat

I tried to sign in today and it says i was banned for the following reason.I was banned from Adult chat.
Banned by staff: child-safety review — "i started hooking up with guys 15 years ago....i needed some kind of sexual contact"

I dont understand, i didnt say i was 15 years old i said i started 15 years ago, which would not make me underage by any means.

Can you please address this issue
