What is the deal with these mods???

I go to a new chat room and used a guest account and all I did was ask if anyone in the room was a female over 30 and I got KICKED ?!?!?!!?.
As always, the kick message was EMPTY so they don't have the decency to tell you what the reason is.

Don't ask what room and don't ask what handle I used because its not relevant.

My point is that a lot of these mods are completely and totally incompetant.
I'd love to know what the process is in hiring mods because I feel like they do no background checks at all.
 
I do not feel you are telling the whole story here, if you would like an explanation then you need to be far more cooperative and tell us what name you were using and in which room. Without such information there is very little any of us can do to assist you.

probably a room where he is banned in and he came in under a new name but his ip was the same as the banned name so banned again kramer you have tried that before thats why you are banned in over half the rooms
 
what's the deal with the admins, & mods??? that's easy, they're all energy vampires 💅🏼

there is a secret chatroom ya'll dont know about where all the admins, & mods get together once per full moon to discuss which one of ya'll they're going to routinely kick as a sort of humiliation ritual that they'll use to harvest ya'll sloosh...

the sloosh that ya'll radiate every time one of ya''ll put the energy into making one of these threads over & over again...

& u can bet ya bagel on that, believe it ✌🏼

Without knowing the room or your chat name it’s hard to address your complaint. But you made your point.

Each room is different but speaking for myself I look at a combination of factors before bringing a moderator candidate onto the team. Things like a (relatively) clean hx, being able to consistently show up, maturity level, communication skills, ability to multitask, having thick skin, etc.

But no, a formal background check is not completed. Moderating a chat room is done on a volunteer basis and is not like a paid, formal job. But it can definitely be a lot of work and I’m VERY grateful to have two teams of fantastic people modding the Mobile and Desktop adult chat rooms. 👏🏻 👏🏻
