Ban for Spammer reason - Admin

Hi,
I got a banned screen for reason Spammer. Have no i deal why this happened. It's on Chat Avenue adult chat. Screen name is Wife_huntr25

Can you let me know why it got the ban? It happened once before and it was removed. Administrator said they don't know why it happens. Sometimes certain words trigger it
