Ban - question

I was banned from the sex chat room for reported SPAM. I was in a private chat and not sure why i got the ban.

User name: DocOrlando69
Date of ban: November 5 or November 6 (I'm not sure which day but I think it was November 6).

Hopefully it was a mistake and the ban can be lifted.
