Cannabis was never on that list of supplements and medicinal herbs.

Cannabis is in the group of psychoactive substances and subtropical plants.
Cannabis products are considered in a classification of their own because they act like a hallucinogen, but also produce depressant effects. Cannabis effects include relaxation and slowed response time, as well as memory and concentration problems.
Cannabis is a dope and you're just another "Junkie Cannabis Teletubbies".

Maybe OP talked about hemp that is added to food as a supplement? Speaking about cannabis, you seem to have a profound knowledge. Do you use it? I started using CBD products not long ago. I should say, they help me to beat my sleeplessness and reduce pain. I choose CBD oil in most cases, but I'm going to try CBD gummies because of the variety of flavors and tastes.

How does CBD oil helps with sleeping problems? I often have insomnia and need to cope with it somehow.

CBD can have different impact. Some ppl became more active, for some it has a sleeping influence. I tried CBD oil after having read an article on the CanadaDrugs website about its effects on anxiety issues. I must say, it indeed caused a sedative reaction to me and I slept better.

That's so wrong weed is not hallucinogenic

THC helps stay asleep

CBD to fall asleep

has been my experience.

(go easy on the THC if you have issues.)

Valarian (Valeriana officinalis) and Mullein (verbascum) also help.
