If I wanted a refund on my vip account due to incompetent moderators who do I need to speak too ?

Just because you pay for VIP doesn't mean the moderators work for you . You pay for a couple of privileges not the staff.

No refunds. And that's now how VIP works. No special privledges inside it. Doesn't mean you won't get banned. It's for extra features to make your time at Chat Avenue more enjoyable. Ans nobody makes you buy it. The chat is free

Some feel VIP gives them a get out of jail free card I am afraid and it always is blamed on the moderators or the admins of the room and not their inability to control themselves. Sorry but you can put lipstick on a pig and it is still a pig. :banghead:

In teenchat, VIPS do have a lot of leeway actually. Had a VIP who sent dìck pics in main and dms and all the Administrator done was take it away ONLY for him to get it back about a month later. So yes, VIP users are favored.

Vips still get treated the same, they break the rules and mess up then they can go too, just cause your a vip doesnt mean the rules r non applicable to you

Maybe in kids chat yes. Not in teen chat.
