The users in question usually stick to the first type of negative comment. And they usually stop with a warning. Only one of those statements someone should be penalized for. In the OPs case, he's wanting both types of comments to be given a warning from a moderator even when only the one violates the rules and guodelines of the chatroom I moderate.
I have no idea what the **** you are talking about. But please allow me to present the audience several examples of how you target people you dont like by reprimanding them for the most obscure things but dont for people whom you favor.

Several minutes later someone else posts a gif of a pornstar moaning and getting choked right as soon as you log in but you somehow completely ignore that because my name is not attached to it.
The next day i post the SAME gif you completely ignored the day before and then somehow NOW you deem it inappropriate and reprimand me for it.
