Good day, I really need help or advice. For some reason i can't get into my account on girls chat and when I make use of the forgot password function and enter my email address it gives me an error.ls there anyway the account can be reset of a way my details can be entered in order for me to get back into my account. I did PM the mods and admin but they were unable to assist me. Thank you.

When’s the last time you used your account? Cause accounts auto delete after some time of inactivity. Also I’m sure a mod there can search up your username and see if it’s deleted. Also Mods/Admins are unable to do anything about your problem so that’s why they were unable to assist.
 
If its been more than 90 days without the account being signed into then its gone and you'll have to make another
 
its not been deleted. if I search it i can still find it and the last time the account was used is 5 nov but it wasnt me using it.
 
i cant even use the forgot password option for my account as it seems like my email address has also been changed on the account.

In Girls Chat the search feature was added some months back for registered users, no longer a VIP (or moderator) only.

What error are you getting? An error stating it's the incorrect password or an error stating the process couldn't be completed?
 
KandyKarina when I try to log in its says incorrect username or password and when i try the forgot password option its says sorry no user found with those details. Someone is clearly using my account

EDIT: I just checked Girls Chat and the search option isn't there.

It would removed since October 16th when Enchantress put out all those now proven lies against me and banned me as well. I obviously haven't been back yet as that's all getting sorted. Do you have a registered account in there? I know guests couldn't but registered users could for a while now. Again, could have changed since I've been in there.

There could be a chance you entered the information incorrectly to begin with. If you're logged in as a guest while active in the room then create the profile from there, it only asks for the email once. It's possible you made a typo when originally creating the account. As in lets say your email was Angie123 and whatever mail host, you may have accidently entered Angie122. Hopefully that makes sense. If that is the case, I don't know if anything can be done about that. Either way, the account will expire after 90 days. Although unless it was VIP, in my opinion you aren't losing much. The moderators should understand the situation.

No I don't and tbh I didn't even think about registered members :lol: Maybe they do have it.

Haha, no worries at all 🙂 That change happened I'd like to say at least 5 months ago.It was mod/VIP only, then it became available to registered but not guest 😛
 
This has happened to me twice now, the latest time it gave me incorrect password so I tried to forgotten password option and it told me my email wasn't registered to an account.
Nobody knows what happened.
