Banned from Kids Chat for insulting a pedophile with an inappropriate pfp

I was in Kids Chat direct messaging a pedo sitting in there with a profile picture of a full grown naked man. He is frequent in the chat room. I sent him the following message contained within the screenshot. I would like to know why the mod chose to ban me and not the obvious pedohphile. The pedo's name is Markus02 and the mod was allowing him to sit in the room......a KIDS CHAT ROOM...with an inappropriate photo of an over age male. He reported my direct message to him and I was banned. I would like to know the name of the moderator that was watching the chat at the time and why exactly they chose to ban me not the person who was obviously not supposed to be in there. Screenshot attached. I will be screenshotting this message and sending it to chatmaster in case any mods in here delete it, along with the screenshot of my ban.

Not sure what goes on in kids chat for rules, and I dont speak german either. It may be that the levelling of an allegation that someone is a P e d o is a serious one and so Mods have to investigate these issues and be fair. The one SS doesnt show a fully nude male-just topless. ( maybe creepy yes) In any event, if you were booted you would have no way of knowing if the mod also booted the shirtless chatter- unless you kick evaded.

In Gen Chat, ******** that were self proclaimed p e d o hunters, accusing others of that -often caused a disturbance in the room and drove away otherwise good ********. Mods have to fair, investigate, etc. and it could be your actions- no matter how well intentioned were not acceptable. And maybe you havent presented the whole story either-I dunno. I do know that in gen chat *mini modding* is not well received either. Sometimes the mods are dealing with a lot of crap youre not aware of and perhaps you have a history of doing that. And im wondering why you didnt just PM the mod and talk plainly before loading up your case and going to CM.
 
Markus02 was a regular on Kids-chat . Com before they got moderators, used the same pfp and freely admitted being a pedo. He was also arrogant about it and extremely leftist.

The fact that he's in a Kids. Chat. Room. with that pfp pretty much makes his intentions a given. I should have screenshotted his responses before getting an immediate ban.

Thanks for your response. But I can't wait to hear from a Kids Chat mod after they cook up an explanation.
 
That isn't a ban. That is a kick, also can I just say, that pfp don't break rules. It's a guy shirtless. That's allowed in kids chat, as long as any nudity isn't shown. I'm a ex kc mod so I know that. Also don't mention other sites in your responses as nobody would really care what goes on in those as this site is the site we r on and your complaining about. This site is this site that site is that site. Did you show the proof where he said he is a pedo? Idk what your ss says as I can't read it as it's in German, so nobody knows what you r saying. But you didn't show him saying he was a perv, you just showed you attacking the dude. Whether he is a pervert or not. You report and ignore, not attack as your being just as bad as he is. I'd suggest showing proof of him admitting he is a perv, English plz and then ShadowHawk can get a ban on him. No proof = no action. Always remember that

It's obvious the ADULT MALE IN THE PHOTO WHO IS OBVIOUSLY OVER THE AGE LIMIT OF SOMEONE WHO SHOULD BE IN A KID'S CHAT ROOM also doesn't have pants on. It's clearly implied nudity I know that sort of things acceptable in the teenage chat room for some reason but I don't think it should be in a child's chat room regardless of your personal opinion.

As Annie, the person who seems to pay enough attention to detail to actually be qualified to be a mod stated, it in fact a ban. if you would spend more than 5 seconds paying attention you would have noticed that. No you cannot just say it don't break the rules. It DOESN'T break the rules. And I seriously doubt that too.

also there's this wonderful thing called ****** translate that has been around oh I don't know about 15 years now where you can translate what I've said into English. I don't speak German either it was what I was using to communicate with him since I know him well enough to know that he's overage he's from Germany he speaks German he speaks very broken English and his intentions are to groom children.

The main page of chat avenue also says chat must be in English. So you both were in violation of site chat rules right there.... Moderators were told 15 years ago to investigate claims of p eedo behaviour, not assume because a chatter says so. Any mod that boots someone for not wearing a shirt and calls a chatter a sex offender without proof would be demodded. Maybe you should volunteer if you are so concerned.

That's what I tried to say above LOL, the ******** in kids chat accuse anyone of being a pe do if they say anything in anyway dirty. That's not the case tho. And in my half a year spell there I portrayed that message across, the mods they have good tho and Shadowhawk is good too!!
 
Listen, I WANT A KIDS CHAT MOD TO RESPOND. You've already provided us with your incredibly creepy opinion that the person I was talking to's pfp was acceptable in a child's chat room (everyone can see what it was in the screenshot - implied nudity of an adult male) and that my ban was somehow a kick. I really just want a mod for THAT CHAT ROOM to tell me what happened.

oh BTW, idk why I forgot this, the Markus02 person with the same pfp was banned in TC multiple times by Donut when he was admin.
 
That markus02 was banned on the 13th, as for your complaint I checked "Hockeygirl99" and it does not even show in a database search. I looked at that ss and I am guessing it has something to do with the use of non-English in the chat. I know you believe we should use ****** translator to decipher languages but NO, you can follow the dang rules like everyone else or go find a german chat room and be happy!
 
Im going to say this ONE MORE TIME IN THIS THREAD because this is what I've ALWAYS heard, ShadowHawk , but I've always heard the rule was English in main, go to DMs if you aren't speaking english. That's literally why I was in DMs. I was using the name Whitegirl15. Can you PLEASE tell me why I was banned for this? Thanks.

You will have to point out in the written rule where it states that in any way?
 
Here is the rule "KC-2 Speak English in the chat at all times. Also, use English in all moods and profiles." it says "all times"!
