Derek Chauvin

I strongly believe that Mr Chauvin should appeal because you can't be convicted of 3 counts of muder and manslaughter on one person. Note: I am not an attorney so please do not take this as legal advice.

Ok so, Imagine that you are in his shoes. You killed Without intent or premeditation. and your charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 3rd Degree Murder, and 2nd degree Manslaughter. Now your guilty of all counts BUT. How can you kill someone once and be guilty of killing him 3 times?

I agree with you here. The judge would have known the verdict before the jury read it out. As the jury found him guilty of the highest charge (2nd degree murder) the judge should have dismissed the lower two charges. Though given how the United States has 51 different legal systems I guess its different in Minnesota State Law.

Yeh I mean if he appealed it, he probably could it overturned.

indeed more so as the jury was tainted by the comments made by Congresswoman Maxine Waters before the jury was sequestered, which resulted in an unfair trial.

While I do believe he committed murder. 3 counts is ridiculous, one seems to contradict the other.

In the end I also feel like the mob pressure was also another reason why the jury made such a decision. Death threats, doxxing and riots were on the rise following up with the trial.

Also, Chauvin's attorney.. Man.. 🤦‍♀️

best outcome ever , hope they throw the book at him . 👍
I agree - You can't taint what was on film visible to the world. This man kneeled on another man who was face down with his hands cuffed behind his back for 8 minutes and 46 seconds. Regardless if he was high on drugs or whatever - you cant compress the carotid artery for that long and think he wasn't going to die.

it is a publicity stunt to control the masses. Hell be out in a jiffy.

Also im not saying he is innocent of anything but he took that verdict like a mothafuckin G

I suppose if someone wanted to avoid those charges one could have not knelt on a man's neck until he died, who knows tho.. who knows.
I suppose if someone wanted to avoid those charges once could have simply not been a police officer and work a 9-5 office job instead

He got 21 years something like that pretty cheap for taking a life, if he had killed a white person would of been 42 years. Just saying a fact that no one can deny. All of you who do and truly believe that justice is equal you are f*cked if you ever get into trouble.
