I'm right here to back you up on that, Dylan 🙂

So it was sometime in November where I hired Dylan and he moved from kids chat over to teen chat (I'm still sorry, @ShadowHawk I stole Dylan) and at the time, I was just a week-old admin and the place was a mess. A literal embarrassment to call myself an admin back then. There were only 2 other active mods, @Annie and @Seyma and in those days I remember walking into hundreds of flagged reports every time. But the day I met Dylan was the same exact day I hired him to mod for me :3 I knowww I should get to know the mods I'm hiring, and whilst the desperateness was consuming me, Dylan's promising nature eased my worries in that moment.

Throughout his time modding for me, it always puts a smile on my face whenever I came into the room and Dylan would tag me in main and be like "😍❤" and ofc "wb reebity reebs!!😝". He doesn't just make the staff feel a sense of belonging, but he does the same for the users in the chat. He actually converses with the users and is able to talk about any topic with them. As I've been watching his behaviour, the way he talks to the room lights the place up. He brings life into the room and really cleaned the place up from the dump it used to be in.

Heck, use my reference in your job interviews😂 But I know damn well Dylan hasn't had the easiest of lives. However unlike other people, he never used that as an excuse to quit. Instead, he aims to protect as many people as he can and prevent them from facing from the kind of life he's been through. And Dylan, I praise you for staying strong this entire time and keeping your head up. Some days just get bad, yet you can literally feel Dylan's smile and laugh- and I admit, it's contagious😊 He always speaks his mind, no matter how much opposition and even if he's the only one standing alone, he'll still persist in what he believes in. When he has a goal, he sticks to it. Most importantly, he'll never let go of the relationships he's made with people in the past. Even if some meaningful people have left Dylan's life, those memories he's created with them don't make him feel alone. Unfortunately, some people just never look at the backstory of an individual and are quick to assume. They're quick to judge.

So you see? Dylan is an amazing mod and a genuine friend full of purity~
