So i was warned and subsequently kicked for "flooding". Prior to this i had upset the moderator in question @LostCause feelings because i made a remark towards a woman that deserves no dignity.

I call lostcause a retard in chat because they cut their own finger > in my 3 years of being on videogameschat i have never seen anyone get muted/kicked/etc for saying retard. That is a collegechat rule as far as im aware. Anyway i said the R word big deal. Apparently our administration doesnt have a list of censored words, only knowledge that they exist. As a VIP user you will never see ANY censored words therefore you can not discern from what is censored and what is not, nevertheless you are still reprimanded for it. The only way to view what is censored is to log in as a guest and build your own library? of censored words. Anyway apparently it was not enough that i was warned but i must now also remove the word myself despite that being a moderators job. I was subsequently muted for not removing the word despite lostcause having administrative priviliges to remove it herself.

I "talked back" to lostcause earlier so now lostcause is on me like a pigeon on bread to show her display of authority. I say something about a woman in chat. Lostcause being a woman gets personal and decides to harass me over it. The chat literally dies. I type 5 things over a course of 2 minutes with nobody else chatting. I am now apparently flooding the room. 6 total reponses over a span of 2 minutes. One being a typo correction, one being a picture.
-As you can see apparently this was the second time i was "flooding". Id like to see what flooding i was doing prior to this. Surely the mod has evidence.

Here someone is talking to her, literally worse then the way i was reprimanded for above. Only its not flooding because its not /u/bread whom she wants to personally harass. No warnings/reprimands here of course.

Admin @Glob! comes in and agrees with moderator because "admins never disagree with their mods", atleast ours doesnt. I take it to PM. Lostcause tells me posting more than 5 times in a row is flooding. I talk to glob he says the same thing. He tells me i am flooding the chat. He tells me system would flagged me for flooding but did not do so. Goes on and shows me an example of flooding the room by using one word per chat input. I tell him i was not talking like that. He disagreees. I tell him flooding is spamming the room. He disagrees.

I write literally the exact same thing in chat and all of a sudden now its considered flooding and i am subsequently kicked for it.
