Hi I have a question

so my friend recently got banned for spamming(that was the reason) and she never spammed.

all she said was taco "meet". she spelled the word meat wrong and she got banned

how long is that ban for....

how is that spamming

Reply to your pm and I’ll look into this for you. I’ll need the chat name that’s used. I know the system has some messed up words in it but meet is in it??? This must be new

Whatever she misspelled must have been on the blacklist. The “spam ban” is the term used when system automatically bans a user for typing a certain word that has been blacklisted.

Oh I was confused how she got spam banned for that but I’ve spoken to the user in question and asked for the ban to be revoked

It’s called spam ban on staff end, when they show reason for user it shows

reason given: spamming
