Can't get back into my account

I've tried resetting the password no matter what I do I can't get back into it I've even reset it so much that now it's saying error occur~name is aidentindle

This is a teen chat issue just as a FYI to everyone. The chatter asked me about resetting their password and I advised via their email they used to sign up

Your not able to reset your password either. Is this the same room aka teen chat or a different room on the chat. Also providing us with your username will help

Registered chat accounts are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. I believe that varies from room to room and is usually about 4 weeks of inactivity.
