Not receiving verification email

Hello,
I have just set up a new account haven't received a verification email in over 24 hours, so I'm unable to put a code in and actually get to the chat room. I also clicked "resend verification email", but that didn't work either. There are no emails in my spam folder and I have also checked all other email folders. Is anyone able to help? Thanks in advance

Hi , which of the chats was it ? was it the Mobile version or Desk top version ? and is this the name you registered?
