I'm doing this for my brother Rueben who got banned today for strike 3,having shirtless photo,,he's not disputing that he admits he did,but wasn't aware tht was not allowed,so he says he would have no issue if he had been kicked,but you banned him on strike 3 when he never received strike one and two !,if he had he wudnt of still been using tht photo,plus a strike surely you should tell the usertht he's getting a warning ?,can you please check his history it will confirm what I'm saying and if so can you unban him please..the ban actually excludes us the 3 sisters who haven't broken a rule,as we all use our parents WiFi,so our ip addresses are same for all of us,,I think our entire history has one previous kick,plus I'm certain no complaints,,thank you id appreciate someone looking into this for us,,it was on kids chat,today,
