I need help with an issue regarding my age on forums.

Is this a technical issue? I have went through my settings to check my account on forums and I have realized that I put the wrong age. I was hesitant while signing up and it says that I am supposed to contact an admin. I have my school ID for proof. I do not want to get into trouble with the forum staff with misunderstandings. And my parents are fully aware of me using the forum website. My forum age has the incorrect information(in About Me), but I am in the right area to post since it is for 16 and below. I do not trust the teen forums since I am uncomfortable, but I need some confirmation on my age or some type. Shall I private message @Fumetsu or leave it as it should be?

I assume that I am being excluded from the forums as a new member of the Chat Avenue forums. There were multiple staff online and never at least gave effort to help. I am leaving the forums. Farewell.
