This is for @Chatmaster honestly.

your site says about safety on here but there isn’t any. You would rather keep perverts, pedos, doxxers and trollers just to keep up the revenue.

You have a site here that you could make more safe for all others - but that doesn’t matter because you’re getting in the dosh.

how on earth this site is still running is beyond me 🤭

I actually feel bad for all the admins and mods who try their hardest to keep this a comfortable and safe environment for people. They work tirelessly.

give them more free reign to use bans on people who actually bring chaos to this site.

I promise you, people would feel more comfortable on here if moderators get more of a chance to ban and get rid of the kn0bheads.

I was a mod for lesbian chat, because I wanted to make a difference in the room, clean it up from all the d1ck pics, perves and pedos but what is the point if the owner of the site would rather keep his money than actually give a fûck? 🤷‍♂️


Purplerose is right - people do need to try and make a change on here. And if you enjoy this site as much as you do, then do the right thing and rebel against the money hungry owner.

Luv, he doesn't care and never will. He does the bare minimum to keep this site up. He only cares about the money he makes, and not about the safety. This post was quite amazing, yet the probability of him listening is slim.
 
If something is happening inside your chat don’t blame chatmaster
Blame your room admin that fails to do their job

you should be referring all bans to your room admin (with ss to provide if ever asked for evidence)
Your admin should be enforcing the rules they should of made when becoming admin

if not it’s not chatmaster fault but your room admin

your rant will go unnoticed

These chats run themselves chatmaster don’t need to be around when he has hired “capable admins”
I use that term loosely
But then it’s the admins that hire the mods
If more mods are needed hire for from different time zones and ones that ain’t biased

I’ve been in lesbian chat and I’ve sat there for over an hour watching some mods just let **** fly

I love this site I don't wanna say anything or cause a fight sound like bashing the site chat av is nice if you want to be nice if you find the right people I'm trying to say this without sounding like I don't respect the site chat mast er I bet he only made the site for money there is 100s better site's I do find the mods and admins do need the respect they do it for free chat master can do nothing and enjoy him just sitting all day acting like he's celeb chat master does know his site is ranked the wrist site I love what you guys do I just wish chat master cared does he care about the site I don't know we all need help out don't go aguest the mods and admins I bet chat master knows what he's doing I get you can't say anything or you lose your jobs I'm gonna stay respectul I love the mods and admins keep doing what you have to you have to follow orders even if you like it or not you don't have to like chat mast sometimes you have hold your mouth so you don't get fired there only following the rules and guidelines that is given to them even if they don't agree with it hope you guys have good days for the hard work you do thu

I know, I’ve quit modding. Not about my room though, because Bento does ban when needed to. But it’s about the site as a whole. It’s just frustrating sitting back and seeing it happen.

This wasn’t about my room. It’s about Chat Ave as a site. You know he/she [CM] will try to prevent using bans right? They get more revenue by keeping people on here.


I legit cannot stress this enough, Bento does all she can to make sure that chatroom is kept clean and gets rid of users that are pedos. She’s been the best admin this chat has had for 8 years of me being there.

And if you have an issue with the mods, please contact @Bento.

This isn’t about lesbian chat. In fact, lesbian chat is one of the rooms where it’s actually being taken care of properly.

I think you need to go and sit in some other chats for an hour. And then come back on this post with your findings.

yep, exactly this. I don’t think he/she will listen but it’s more of a plead than anything. Honestly think more users should share their opinion on this.

There are plenty of sites you can practice your programming skill on. Check them out and simply stop kissing Ass like @purplerose and @Kim. CM isn't your master. But wait, is he?
 
@ElSerto Purplerose isn't right. @purplerose is just frustrated that he couldn't do anything against The Shield. Chatmaster didn't pay him (Purplerose) a sh!t.

Purplerose become so frustrated now that he wants revolution.
But he and Kim are so shameless that they won't stop serving Chatmaster.
What else CM need?

Every Admin and mod should stop serving Chatmaster until he fixes issues but that's never gonna happen. Why? Shameless admin like purplerose is here. They won't stop using this site.


Leave this site for 7 days all together. Then see how CM doesn't fix issues

CM will start crying for y'all.

Mods have had more power in the past. ChatMaster did have trust, it was abused and rightly removed. Now maybe just removing all the mods who abused it and keeping the powers they had before 🤷‍♂️. But eh, I have to say I agree with the CM, although it would be awesome for mods to have the ban hammer again. It’s always abused so yeah. As MrMod said CM doesn’t run the rooms just the site on a whole. So it’s down to room admins to run their rooms. Hire their mods, do their bans. And whatever else they need to do. CM doesn’t run our room, our team does. He bans VIPS that’s it 🤷‍♂️ Our team does the rest. And we work with what power we have.
 
The site hope it gets better or it's gonna get shut down I hope that doesn't happen does cm want the site just die away

I respect you guys do your best what you have

It's because some abuse the site rules have to be set more control poeple

I don't know what chat master does he did make the site your saying his job is work to fix the site and design the chat

I thought chat master means he watches the chat other chat masters watch the room you saying Kim and purplrose are the bosses of the site who's the boss Clare or chat master I'm sorry trying not sound rude I wish I knew more I shouldn't worry about it I bet you guys know what your doing keep doing well there's things I don't know
 
My experience as a new admin is that I get full support in removing the worst creeps- ped-cp and the like. I get a kind of . trianing so I know what the Administrato.r expects in return of the volunteers. I get reasonable and timely help when .I ask for it. Cm allowed me to codify the no doxxing rule which is a first for gen chat (that I know of) I dont think its .unreasonable that(in terms of my room) they chose to be deliberate and teach me the standard they want for the staff. THe reason a lot went down in gen chat over the last year is we had no in room admin, and now that we do everyone thinks what- that the owners should tell me to run free? Maybe if I had 20 yeasrs in like PR or many years as a mod etc like KIm Screem and many others . I would have felt I had some more clout to place my stamp on things. My style is my own. I choose to try to be respectful and earn the trust to manage the room- which is part of someones business. Lets remember that Lots of ******** forget that . They forget that in the past it just takes a few mods or such to abuse the trust and we all get set back.

IN real life, when you work for someone, or v.olunteer,. .you dont walk in the door- or kick it open and bad mouth the group and tell the boss what will be w.hat...

Where I agree with elserto is this. If you as a mod dont support the orgasnization, you really have one choice. Leave. Volunteers are that .at odds with management c.hange within, or you can go. Plain and sim.ple. I dont mean that disrespectully ive said it for years.

Why are mods and (ill only speak about me) expected to follow a policy? I can tell you I have seen mods boot ******** for 6 hours for a cbomb. Ive seen worse. After 20 years of those kinds of things it makes it understandable why we may seem limited to start. In my case Ive been given more discretion to fully manage the room. That is positive change. I feel its been earned and earned with the help of great gen chat mods. Who day in day out face a lot of issues only to face more by a group or type of chatter that is never satisfied. Our team got rid of several creeps in the last week alone. And you can be sure some malcontent will be on forums calling me a creep lover that does nothing- or the mods. Thats ok- skin is thic.k and we dont scare easily. Our team will soldier on and try our best and try some moree.

In terms of ads etc Ill just say the chat is free, there are methods owners choose as owne.rs..t to do revenue issues, thats not my concern. What Imean is management in any organization has the right to manage. its not my dept or inclination to tell uppers what they can do that way. .I have issues I can deal with, in my dept and where I can perhaps improve the room.

Ive never though time in meant anyone was automm.atically correct on everything. But, while Ive rarely said it, ive chattered here for 17 yea.rs ..e . Ive modded for 4 and im now a junior adnmin with 2 months on the job. .After watching first hand prob 100s . olf mods and admins- I have my view of what works and what wont.

.Chat ave may not be perfect- but imo its been a good site and still is. Its OG and worhty of my volunteer time and that of my mods.

It is chat master site he can do what he wants you can't tell someone how to run the site if you own a site so long it's hard to trust everyone

You can't blame him for everything if it wasn't for him we would not have site at all for 22 years the site been he did update things to fit with the times it not easy job but you guys do great

If you don't like it you don't have to come to deal with it it's just site it's not like the site gonna make you stay if you don't agree you don't have work for the site or don't like chat master

Its not about the power for mods. It’s having more control over the rooms, for the admins.

I don’t know how it works for the kids/teens but in most rooms, it’s harder to issue bans. For example:

Nudity in rooms - continuous nudity posting, you think it would be a ban as the repeat offenders keep doing it? Nah, just fucks. Allowing younger users to be exposed to it. That’s not safety of the room, especially if mods can’t be there all the time. There would be unsupervised chat rooms for plenty of it, as mods and admins have a life outside of this chat room.

there is a lot that can be done, but this site is literally ran on power of perves. Most people that I’ve warned about asking for sexual things have said when they ****** sexual things, it can show them this chat site.

in no way is this definite proof of safety. I’m just saying a lot more can be done to protect its users.
