I see no proof of racism, I simply see an ADMIN/MOD acknowledge your nationality.

Pedophilia and racism are some of the biggest accusations you can make about someone and carries a lot of weight but without proof it's just that, an accusation.
 
yeah he assumed im a pedophile bec im from the philippines. ASSUMED. but his assumption led to a ban bec he has that power. thats the difference.

Boba Fett nope. She's banned because of her profile, which if that was a problem for him he should have warned her first which he didn't. Because she's from the Philippines which he believes is a haven for pedophiles and her username which is BS cuz I see people with dad, daddy, young, teen etc in there daily
 
in the 1st thread and the 2 pms i posted he listed his reasons . 3 reasons. the username the age which i never got any warnings for or even asked about and 3rd is my country. he listed it himself. im confused why thats not clear when it was his own posts
 
i get that people think this is a nuisance. one mod even called it stupid threads but imagine being on the other side of racism. like you said Boba Fett it has weight on it. and it wasnt even just racism he added the pedophilia bec of his racism. thats two!
 
Being the upstanding person that he is, I have no doubt RutsyNail would never use a false claim about pedophilia to deflect from using racism. In fact his deep concern to prevent any underage or abusive content on the Chat Avenue site he adims/takes legal responsibility for( in no way to deflect from appearing to be racist so other admins can defend him) has inspired me to help in his endeavor. I have contacted my local FBI office on 8/3/2021 and alerted them to the large amount of underage content regularly posted in the Sex Chat room. The authorities have assured me they are investigating this matter and have alerted Interpool as well. I have also informed other regular users to contact the FBI directly if they see any such materials since the admin is, understandably, busy bannig people for using the incorrect gender or age in their profiles to be able to delete underage content .
As RustyNail and all the admins that defended him have said, pedophilia should not be tolerated. As a user of Chat avenue for over 4 years now I’m glad to do my part to help him.

you argued with him over everything and when he came back with valid points, you then play the race card then you pretty much flooded his profile for a week with now deleted meme's. and now you want to back track and play victim about not getting told enough times. from your actions on his profile, your actions in the room arent likely to be that much different.

you all can pretend hes not a racist. deflect from what hes done by pointing out what i did as a reaction to what he did. you all read the thread. you all saw the screenshots. hes a racist and you all know it. tolerating racism is racism.

@RustyNail is not a racist so move on. To answer the question about rules - well when a user knows his (or her) way around a mute or kick or ban the user nullifies the mods and admins perceived and often self ascribed "power" then the user is free to choose when, how and what rules to follow at a time of the users choosing.
 
So you're saying it's ok to racially stereotype someone and ban them? Because that's what he certainly did

Nah pedophillia is one of the worst things any adult can do, and pedophiles should actually be put to death. Everything and everyone is "racist" in this day and age all it does is reduce the vileness of true racism.

I dont understand how you all can come here and defend a racist. It's a total disgrace to the whole site and just proves that you all let a little piece of power go to your head. BG has been here a long time and there are lots of people who just cant condone how shes been unfairly treated in all of this!! I couldn't sit back and watch this thread without commenting as you people dont know her and are going on assumptions from a total racist with a huge ego!! Shocking!!!
