Unless you flag them we won't know about it . If they are kicked what they do is use a VPN and return , i'll look into this .
Edit: O.k , found the user , he is also under age so banned .
The only kick history he has is for being under age. He only joined on the 16th of this month and funnily enough not ONE person has flagged him , now according to you it's been going on for ages
