I don't know if going after other moderators from other rooms is the best approach. He indeed did give fair advice. The chances of getting a refund are slim and none, that isn't Sandman's fault or decision. That being said, Id go with Laura's advice as well. Keep on the CM as his say is final when it comes to things like this.
