Reached maximum registartions when trying to register.

I logged on to register and got the message that I reached maximum amount of registrations. was wondering what is going on.
 
You've reached the max number of registrations from that email account or from your IP would be my guess.

I wonder why and how, I am not sure why it would be banned is there a way to fix it? I used to use just a guest account never got banned, logged on one day and got that message. another admin told me to register and make a permanent account, so I went ahead tried doing that but it didn't work.

Usually waiting a couple of hours or clearing the cache of your browser helps considering your IP isn't banned by the site. If that doesn't work, then try using a different device and making an account there. Hope this helps👍

Unfortunately It did not help, and I am not entirely sure why would my IP be banned, unless I broke some rules that I wasn't aware of.
