I gotta say the room is awesome so far. I think I’m gonna spend a lot of time in there. It’s managed well and I like that it’s a laid back atmosphere. Thank you for giving it a trial run @Enchantress
New side room in Girls Chat

I am in favour of a side room that is for girls only it would provide a safer environment for all the underage girls in the room it would give them a platform where they would be able to freely chat with out been harassment by men who seek out under age girls, there is so much benefit in a side room and the posablety it has to offer the room as a hole, I know if it does not go ahead nothing will change for anyone and we will just be going around in circles, I hope the idea is given some serious though and thet a conclusion that benefits everyone can be reached
The last week or so we have been experimenting with a user made side room in part to allow the girls to go somewhere to get away from a resident spammer.
This room has been very effective and shows a couple of benefits for the site.
Another benefit that comes to mind is making a side room members only that is used will encourage guests to register and therefore more likely to upgrade to VIP.
There doesn't seem to be any down sides to the site in making such a room only positives for the ******** and for the site as a whole.

This room has been very effective and shows a couple of benefits for the site.
- At any given time we have had 10 – 22 active ******** in this room. This may not seem much but even when we have max numbers in main room only about 10 to 15 are really active.
- It didn't detract from main room. Most ******** used main room still. Guest still have an opportunity to check us out.
- The girls were well behaved, it wasn't really any extra works for the mods.
- Over all they all want a permanent girls only side room

How often do you chat in Girls Chat? Generally I pop in daily when I can.
What's your favourite thing about girls chat? It started as a break from the craziness of the Teen Room. This room has it's own craziness too but for the most part it's fun and times very flirty. I've chatted with a lot of girls in this room and for the most part, the experiences I've had have been good. My only wish is that more girls register into the chat and not chat as "guests". It's definitely been a good way to pass the time during the lockdowns and shutdowns over the past couple years.
Why should we give you VIP? To be honest, I was VIP for 3 months and really the first 60 days or so, other then my name being near the top of the name list, I really didn't do much with it. Towards the end, I found it fun to share music and other things from you tube on the main chat. I'm sure there's other features I really didn't realize I had.
What do you want for Christmas? To be honest... I want this Covid thing to be over. I hate wearing a mask, I hate that I just can't walk into a store nowadays without being directed by arrows which aisles I can go up and down in, I most of all, hate not being able to play competitively the 2 sports I love playing the most. Most of all, I want to see my whole family at Christmas, I want to see my younger cousins squeal with joy opening up their presents, the big family dinner with everyone.

At least once a day if not more depending on how busy I am in real life. It's a very engaging chat room so you keep coming back for more.

Being able to talk to interesting people from all over the world, sharing music videos which is cool because you get to exchange and gain musical knowledge.
Also when we come together as Girls and women when the room gets flooded by certain users. Those moments are empowering

I like it is a PG settings.It is LGBT friendly becuase alot of the people are trans, bi, les, pansexual, etc. I like the mods like blueeys mute and kick transphobic and sexist remarks. As well as people spreading lies about others trying to hurt people;s reputatios .It is hard to find a pg lgbt friendly chat. Most are not pg ad therefore sleazier so that is why i prefer this one.

My mistake, I thought people would take this thread as intended a positive for girls chat.
Our next competitions like this I will be more clear on rules etc.
It should go without saying anyone trolling others entries will be disqualified from entering. This rule applies as of posting of this reply to the thread.
Having a go at peoples entries goes against the principals we try to follow in Girls Chat and certainly goes against the intent of the thread.
The fun vampires can stay away.
As to the accusations flying about that this will be rigged and only friends of those involve in setting this up. If we wanted our friends to have VIP we would just buy it for them, as we do on a regular basis now. Those of us who are donating to this regularly purchase VIP for people in chat.
