I see today the age limits were changed to a 13 to 18 range,& the rules state all users under/over will be auto banned ,so my question is will our mod (avi) who is 19 be banned also as mods are users like rest of us ?.

My second question is,regarding a user called ,evil clown, who was banned some months ago for being overage,,and recently he's back in every day on guest account as,,the only evil,, and is interacting with mods & users on main ,is 100% the same person,which every one appears to know and yet he's just left alone ,iv actually seen both admins chatting to him..his manner and use of language is exactly same so there's no mistake its same person,,,I am totally bemused how this is allowed tbh ,,thank you to any mod /admin who can answer these two questions for me
 
EvilClown isn’t even OA. That was based on fabricated screenshots which I seen and hell they did a bad job. He is 17 and allowed to be in the chat rooms. I believe that it’s meant to be 13-19 not 13-18 but don’t hold me to that. Under 13 tho I know are not permitted in Kids Chat Anymore due to a issue which I personally ain’t putting on forums. That’s up to Kids Chat Admins. Whether it’s 13-18 or 13-19 I’m not sure because I’ve heard both
On the note of Avi. She wouldn’t then be the only staff who is over 18 years, but at the same time staff aslong as modded within age limits are allowed to continue being staff on the site (that’s the rules for TC anyway)
 
thank u Dylan for replying,,I actually dnt agree with u ref clown guy, cos I've watched him many times & seen him reference things years & years,back,,but I respect the sites decision,lets be fair I could send my sisters I'd as proof I'd suddenly be 11 again lol,, the rule thing last night said 13 to 18,,for all users ,mods are also users,,by way I happen to like avi lol she's on my friend list here so definitely aren't seeking tht she leaves ,,thnks again Dylan

He’s been about awhile even when I was a mod back early last year. He’s a cool guy tho. And in reference to the age I’m not sure as I’ve heard both 🙂 but whatever it may be is whatever it is. And mods are users too. Ofc mods aren’t better than ******** in anyway!! But staff I know in Teen anyway are allowed to stay
 
Edit I have read the new blog post by CM and he permits the room to be 13-18 but as I said before staff who have been staff whilst being in those age requirements can stay on being staff when they do go over that age restriction

thnks for clarification,& as I said there's mods I would not like to lose,having said that when admin writes on our news feed that user age is 13 to 18 NO EXCEPTIONS,, it makes no reference to allowing mods to be 18plus ,so there's obviously room for confusion & lets be honest if that's the age range you want your room to be then everyone should have to comply ,in my opinion
