I was in kids chat as bunny. I had my phone stolen from me. When it was returned to me i decided to go back in kids chat. But since then i have not been able to log in on any of. My devices. All i get is this message saying you have reached the maximum allowed registrations please try again later. I have two questions how do i fix this current issues and how long does this last for. Would u please find it in your heart to forgive what ever happend and give me a chance. Thank you for your time and concern in this matter

Not sure how the maximum registration last, but I’d try again later.
 
Clear your cache or try a new browser (if this is a glitch) don’t evade bans. I’ll tag Shaun as he ain’t been tagged just Christian @AA Sanz

I just did what you told me to do and then i just tried 3 other devices and I am still getting the same message. What do I do know. Thanks for. Trying too help me.
 
I am now going on several days that I have Not been able to get into kids chat. Every time I try I get the same message. " You have reached the maximum allowed registrations. Please try again later" this is happening to me with multiple devices. This is the only chat room that doesn't seem too work for me. I have tried everything I could think of. This all started when my phone got stolen from me.
