Measly 25 cent raise at my job.

I had my evaluation this week with my boss at my job for working 2 years with the company. She gave me a good review and told me she was glad I was with the company but she's only giving me a measly 25 cent raise. A freaking quarter!?! I'm worth way more than a quarter there! With the amount of work I do for that company and half of my crew slacking off I deserve to make more! I'm going to talk to my boss and tell her look, I don't care what you give everyone else, but you have to give me more.

Hey cracked- you said you worked hard before- so its ok to ask for a real raise. Just try to do it so you keep your job while doing it lol, unless you dont care about it- but you seem to have done really well. Nothing wrong with hard work- it makes us men feel good.
