i forget that sarcasm isnt easily translated on here... people talk about this all the time, fact of the matter is that there havent been any "acceptable" males that have applied... as a matter of fact, since i have been around (which hasn't been that long) there have been zero males that have applied. We really dont need to make a problem where one doesn't exist.

What it boils down to is applications. If 0 males apply for the position then you can't appoint any males to the roster.
