Mods in chat that have users that are 18+ should be 18+

It doesn't make since to have underage mods in a room where there are countless adults... mods in rooms who have 18+ users (excluding kids rooms) should have mods who are 18+ in my understanding 18+ mods would understand better how to deal with conflict between two adults more than a minor teenager.

I only know blue eyes told me that and dreamer besides you can choose to believe me or not it wont matter at the end of the day its YOUR decision who is mod and who isn't im just saying here is how I think would make it more efficient for example Epiphany was one of the greatest addition to the team so far and she is wonderful best mod ive ever seen on my time on here
 
1. Most mods in girls chat are over 18

2. Younger ******** have issues coming forward to older mods with issues at times

3. There is 0 evidence under 18 mods attract pedos

4. I have had plenty of chat experience and I know Blue has had plenty of chat experience and both have exposed and reported Pedos

From a personal point of view I was trained by someone who has vast experience at detecting and gathering evidence of those who will harm children in chats. There are a number of people who have been banned due to my detection and gathering of evidence and a number of girls who are very grateful I helped and warned them.

I am not saying this to boast but your obsessive idea that you have stated often is somehow you're superior to anyone under 18 needs to be addressed....Turning 18 does not make you smarter or experienced. Personal experience and a willingness to learn go a long way no matter the age. I've seen ladies 40 plus who have very little clue about the ways of chat pervs.

Room admins assess any prospective room mods, age isn’t that important, it’s good experience for those age ranged people and it keeps them engaged.

I’m sure if this was a grave issue past room admins would have made their arguments to The Chatmaster.

Lady, you’ve dug a hole for yourself with current room admins who continue to voice mannerisms you have shown that has caused them to utilise their authority.

Your credibility and reason for writing these types of views/commentaries may not be viewed favourably.
 
I must comment here about the user Purr, gamer girl or whatever name she/he uses now. I remember the first day that she showed up, she started to hassle every person that was a guest and not a member (which I avoid them for the fact they can change names in order to hide, to me making them untrusting) but purr started in with everyone of them that talked, and was trolling them. Saying they were pedos and Perverts (again many are, and I don't disagree with all of it) but some are not. I chose to iggy those people but she harassed them. She did it so much that regular users started to not like her cuz they were tired of it and most girls don't like the drama. We do something with more morals (we don't feed the trolls). Purr talks about the teen girls there like we are dumb and don't belong. For about one day I tried to be nice to her, friended her and spoke to her, in that time she told me she left the last chat she was on cuz, as she said it "my friends there don't like me so I came here" I remember thinking those aren't very good friends. Now I think they were prolly good people and tired of her antics. Since that time I started to dislike her more and more until I iggied her. I did the grown up thing to do. But even then I saw many people in main talking to her and telling her to shut up I could only see one side of the conversation but it all looked like the same stuff I saw from her before I iggied her. they didn't want to listen to her bad mouth the guests and start drama with trolls. She was becoming hated cuz she was being a troll herself. After some time she was banned, I found out it was for saying bad things about trans people and some other things that made the admin want to ban her like making fake screenshots to make a mod look bad and to get that mod removed from her job. I personally think the moderators have a very hard job to do in girls chat. There are over 300 people there at many times and many of them are being Perverted and hurting the ******** and the mods are the only ones that can help. They don't get paid, they don't get much free time for themselves to talk. They are hated by many for doing their jobs and then they have to deal with people like purr. People that are such low lives that they make fake screenshots to try to get them fired from a job they volunteer to do this job and to try and keep everyone safe.. Even Purr. Fortunately Purrs plan didn't work and the screenshots she changed were caught and proven fake. And eventually she was banned for her the way she treats people, Yaaaaaaaay. Unfortunately... They let her come back. Now she's doing it all again. Spamming under guest accts, harassing mods, getting kicked and being a troll again. And today I find out she's up to her old tricks, making fake screenshots of ******** she don't like (like me cuz I don't let her push me around and iggy her) Her favorite comment is whenever a teen tells her she's starting drama or being a troll is to say... Let the adults talk. Well if that's being an adult I'm very glad I'm 14. She's teamed up with other trolls to disrupt the chat by spamming for hours and calling the mods names and making fake screenshots again. She should be banned again in my opinion (even tho she can just get around it) she shouldn't be allowed to have an acct. And the chat users should be warned about her and the other trolls. Some of us try to tell our friends but we can't tell everyone by ourselves. I feel bad for the mods that are volunteering to help people like her and the rest, only to have them hate them and make their time on chat miserable. Hopefully the mods know the good people in chat love them for what they do and truly appreciate it. And if the higher ups get to see this I thank you also for trying to keep us safe and hope you give your staff everything you can to help them do their jobs the best way you can. And if you look at the people that complain about the moderators are the ones causing the problems. If you go by age just use Purr/gamer girl whatever her/his name is, and purr is a prime example that age has nothing to do with intelligence or maturity or the ability to do a great job moderating the chat. If these trolls like purr were like the mod zombiunicorni the chat would be much better off. She does everything she can go help all the ********, young and old. Helps keep me safe, helps my friends stay safe. She writes poetry and shares it with the room for our entertainment. And tries very hard to make everyone feel welcome. I've never once seen zombiunicorni or any mod spam the room for hours, make fake screenshots, falsely report people or harass ********. Myself and others come to chat to get away from things in our lives that may be horrible or difficult to deal with, looking for a safe place to talk and meet people. We don't need to or shouldn't have to listen to these trolls, some people are having very hard times in their lives and come here to talk to friends and not be bullied. Some are mentally or physically abused, some have disabilities like myself and a chat room is a great place to meet people that might understand you. For some people these are the only friends they have. These trolls are bullies and Perverts and sickos that prey on anyone they can. People like zombiunicorni gives up her time to protect us. I don't know all the moderators ages but I know some are kids and some are adults and they all do a great job. Thanks to all the mods, Sorry about the one time I was kicked for cussing at a pervert in my pm, (yes i was kicked for cussing at a troll, but I didn't get upset, they were doing their jobs) That was the only time I've ever been kicked, I treat people like I wanted to be treated. I may not be perfect but I think my opinion matters here. It's me that the mods are protecting and helping and no matter their age they have all helped me. Thanks for listening to me ramble.

Well back to the main thread. Just my opinion I believe that all rooms should, if there is a mod present, be over 18. For the rooms that are 13+ yes I believe there should be some kind of peer Mod for younger ******** to turn too if they feel they can not talk to an adult. Just food for thought. **EDIT** I'll edit this and say that if a chatter is under the age of 18 and isn't mature enough to bring their problems or complaints to an adult, maybe they shouldn't be in a chat room.
