Inconsistent and confusing application of VIP terms & conditions

I've posted on here several times about VIP being "gifted" to my Singles Chat account without my consent. I believe it's happened to my account close to 10 times now. When I try to discuss this by email my emails are ignored, and when I raise the issue on here my threads are often locked or deleted.

Last month I yet again had unwanted VIP added to my account. On this occasion I was able to find out who bought it, so I told them that I didn't want it. This person then contacted Chatmaster, who removed the VIP from my account almost immediately.

Since then I've now had VIP added to my account again. I've emailed Chatmaster about it and, as usual, I've been ignored.

Surely there is an inconsistency here? How is it possible that another person can successfully ask to have the VIP removed from my account, but I cannot? Why are the terms and conditions different for that person than they are for me? Sometimes VIP is removed on request, and on other occasions it is not. Why?

@Chatmaster - please can you remove the VIP which was added to my account without my consent, and look into a solution to this issue.

Do you know who has bought it to you this time? Unfortunately as singles now doesn’t have a admin and sadly singles chat mods probably would be ignored. I’m hoping you can find out who keeps buying you this and Keep going to CM about it that way, it’s sad that people keep doing this to you just to get you annoyed :/ and I feel bad for you. I agree some people don’t like accepting “online gifts from strangers because they could ask for something in return” which is usually the case

Thanks. It's different people doing it each time, though. The last time it was someone who genuinely thought they were being nice, so I accepted that but asked them to have it removed - which they did successfully. That's what makes no sense.

Even when Singles Chat did have an admin, this issue was being ignored. Purple Rose was on my side with this issue. She was really good at dealing with people - the site is worse without her.

No matter how many times I try to approach @Chatmaster about this, I am ignored. I don't understand why this subject can't at least be discussed, or an explanation provided.

That’s even more annoying it’s different peoples every time. And I’m glad y’all sorted it out the last time and purple rose was a good lady I just meant you had someone who could properly fight for you. And I’ve seen you say you approach in different ways and get ignored every time :/

I suggest- as Chopper did before, a respectful request to have what you want removed-(but not too many times) An alternative, is you could ask Chatmaster to transfer it to another chatter- who might want it more than you. I know they normally don't do that but you could ask.
