Make mods for GirlsChat to be 18+

The underage mods are overly emotional as is known with any underage teenager. The way of them to deal with issues in between adults and their passive aggression are not effective. It might work for kids their own age but not for adults. I understand you made it 16 because for kids chat and teen chat which are unerage chats but girls majority of users are 18+ and so should the mods. The thing is if a user is so concerned about talking to an adult mod then why are they in chat as there are multiple adults.

Make GC mods 18+ only and fix the drama issues as young teens love that stuff.

Never going to happen. Mods in GC are chosen on/by popularity. Too much tea to spill here, maybe in another thread.
 
Agreed. Mods are chosen on popularity and not ability. There is some logic to this. We dont know,if a,person is,going to be a decent mod until they are given a go. A bit like the real world. People get promoted based on how they are in there current role. But may be useless in their new role.

But in the real world crap employees are removed from a position they are not fit for.

Or they cause more bad than harm by only pitty kicking who they like and the ones they don't are labelled as trolls but anyone can be a troll to them except their friends
 
From my experience the only mods I have ever had trouble with are her underage mods any other mod who is 18+ i have no issues with nor do they try to passive aggressively create drama so they have a reason to kick me. I think those are childish behaviours an adult wouldn't do.

I think the site wants quantity. I E as long as the rooms have loads of ******** then chatmaster is happy. So the admins of each room dont actually care if the room is full of trolls.. its all about numbers.

It is because out of the numbers only a small percentage clicks on ads. They should be worrying more about potential vips instead and have a well managed chat will invite investors such as myself i couldve easily bought multiple vips for people but because of how Girls chat is managed i will not spend 1 penny more on it unless I see immideate action on my complaints @Chatmaster
 
Well as brought up in a different thread about under aged mods, and I'm not sure how accurate it is but lets give it a thought. Some ******** in a room that allows ******** under the age of 18 may not feel comfortable bringing up problems directly to an adult. ( I know sounds crazy) but lets entertain that and believe it true. Those under aged ******** should have an outlet to grieve their complaints also.

For chats where under 18 is mandatory i dont see a problem but girls chat is 13 - 99 and the majority of ******** are 18+ so if you dont feel comfortable talking to an adult why are you in a chat where the majority are adults???

The underage can complain to an adult mod and the adult mod would deal with it in an adult manner not by passive aggression and childish drama like we are in high school together im over that stuff years ago.

and how you act in girls chat..straight after coming off a ban..for thretening to hack the site...and saying that cm only hires mods who prey on kids...makes you a perfect example of how an adult should act...nahhhhhhhhhh
 
someone that in such a short time has so many kicks and bans for mass disruption and trolling. lets not forget constant talk of suicide, and drugs, or what you plan to do with your "boyfriend" not only in a 13+ room but also directly to a 15 year old. is in no position to question the judgement of any mod in there, and that's just from that small sample of infractions out of 100's. @Chatmaster shouldn't be worried about 1 VIP like you, and should be more worried about the retention and sale of genuine VIP's that having users like you in the room despite deserving banned will cost him.
One "VIP" like you in the room, costs more than its worth in the ones that will be lost, so your attempts at using VIP and money as leverage goes completely against you.
