Been banned.

Hi. I just went to log in to adult chat, but it says I've been banned and gives no reason whatsoever. Can someone tell me what I've supposed to have done? I never posted anything, and to my knowledge never did anything that breaks tos
 
what was your chat name and which chat room in adult chat? Mobile or Laptop?
 
I just checked. You’re not banned in that room. Your last infraction was 5 days ago. You were kicked for posting links. But that’s it.
 
Try clearing your cache and try again, probably the damn glitch, or pm Kim your IP address and she can check if it’s got caught in the ban filter

G00gle "what's my IP" and the world wide web will provide answers. Copy the long number and PM it to @Kim by clicking her name. Let her know exactly what error you're encountering when you go to log in so that she is better able to help you.
 
Administrator told me once- that image (on another chatter) was not from here. Bans always offer a reason. Could easily be another site you tried, then tried this one and it worked.

Bans are based primarily off of IPs and not accounts. Your IP is based off your internet location. If you were using your phone out in the world to connect to chat, it will have a different IP than if you connect at home. Sounds like there was a glitch in the matrix where ever you were rendering a blocked IP. Glad all is well in the world and you can connect without issue now that you're back on home WiFi.
