Ladies, I’m in the process of switching contraceptives. And my hormones are going crazy. I’m having the worst mood swings.. and I’m upset or sensitive about everything.

What are your worst symptoms of your periods?

Ever since I switched to the nexplanon I have not had a period. I have no desire for a baby for a while and I just get to live a lot happier then I used to. My periods were extremely heavy and debilitating

My female staff only need to look at me and I send them home.

Employers CAN understand and be empathetic, however too many (for lack of a better word) don't care.

to pull this back on topic....cramps. ALL the cramps.

I'm on the Mirena IUD so I'm mostly regular but not always. I still get cramps but not as severe and I get super tired. I also get bad headaches even though Mirena contains no hormones. Explain that to me!!! Its apparently a common side effect though.
