Hello, I was in Adult Chat but was banned for Spam. I wasn't chatting in the main chat and not chatting anything illegal via private chats. Can this be changed?

Hi there, I was just banned for spam from the adult chat but im not sure why? Was just chatting to one person privately, I did write the word "therapeutic" which starred out the middle and then the ban screen came up... can this be changed?
