Right here lies the whole problem @DynamicDylan These trolls spend their time in chat berating, doxxing, abusing and all the rest to the whole room. These people then come to forums after to make a complaint because the room protocols for complaints just don't work, then along stroll the trolls here n make like their sh!t don't stink and butter wouldn't melt in their mouths. You know they troll the whole room yet do nothing about it, or as you say @Chatmaster does nothing. Your mods laugh at them because the people complaining can't work with your staff so they are backing the trolls. The frustration is getting explosive in chat, I'm still hoping something can be done about it.
