The sharks are probably one of the teams I would vote for if the Rangers don’t make it. But I think they went too long on the years with Trouba shoulda been 2 instead of 4. BUT then again they had to get to the cap floor.

Leafs just signed Bob! 3 year 7M... I dont hate it. Legit goalie and we have depth to insulate him.
So the Leafs just signed both the best D and G available, and drafted the best player at 1. Pretty damn good off season so far!
Also locked up a good 3rd line C in Roslovic.
I am quite pleased with the work Chayka has done so far.

I get his point of view, though he’s tired of not being on a winning team. I’m fine with this as long as he’s not making a big scene.
Toronto could use someone like him honestly who’s very well-rounded can do a little bit of everything including drop the gloves on a real rare occasion.
We have plenty of forwards after today. Awesome top 6 skilled and now some actual bottom 6 grit with depth scoring. I think 1 more nice D piece would be excellent, but overall I am very happy with what they have done going into next season.
If you’re in the playoff hunt though, lol please don’t overpay for someone.

Making the playoffs or overpaying? I’m gonna be honest with you overpaid for Bob. I understand he’s won the cup twice, but look at his season last year. I would’ve and this is just me personally given him a one year deal and take it from there. Then if you give him another year. Go year by year with him.

Yes. Finally. After 2 decades of "rebuilding."
It really irks me that they lost to Montreal though. Carolina showed that the Canadiens aren't really that good; I feel Buffalo would've been a much better challenge, but Tuch was a no-show and Thompson wasn't much better. Now that we lost Tuch and Byram I'm afraid we might be worse going into next season, but the future still looks promising.
You’re definitely on the up. No you swindled Colorado or Chicago out of that pic. But you picked the wrong person. Maybe we’ll be proved wrong in a couple years.

It was Chicago that we got the #4 from. And yes, the guy they picked wasn't on anyone's radar, but who knows. I really wanted a Center or Winger though. Our depth at D is already exceptional.
Yup, The rush is over... now its the lull for a couple months with some deals sprinkled in here and there.
There’s still a few decent people left and we have a couple arbitrations filed.
Still waiting on Anaheim to decide to match the Carlsson offer sheet or not. Im shocked its taken this long. Should have been an instant match.
They also have other people to sign. Philadelphia really went savage on this.
