3 mods on tonight none kicked a spammer

Xen was spamming all night non stop

And none of them kicked her cause "shell just bypass kick"

Only time tp246 started kicking her was when Arkham was online cause he wrote in main "Shelbie Arkham is online "

So now according to these 3 mods

Spamming and bypassing kicks is allowed
 
I would like to point out an available feature called the ignore button, sometimes when we get those type asshats who can bypass moderator kicks just to spam it becomes a very inefficient waste of time to continue to keep endlessly kicking and possibly miss someone doing something way worse in the meantime i.e posting or trading CP and such. It is pretty sad that you have made a total of 1 post in here and that was used to only complain about something you could have fixed yourself by using the ignore button.
 
What about Shelbie a mod telling ******** not to tell spammer to stop spamming

And Shelbie calling other ******** "inconsiderate" foe telling spammer to stop
 
I would say endlessly telling a spammer to stop spamming then becomes spam itself would you not say? I mean when all those saying to stop could make it stop themselves by again using the ignore button and be free from any spam involved, you all seem to forget that when utilized the ignore button is like self-moderation.

As for shelbie saying what she said I believe it should be her that explains that, because I do not want to speak to her motivation for doing so. But I will be having conversations with the staff due to this issue.
 
No, its still not allowed.
That person has been a problem for almost a year now after many bans. ​
The only reason I did not kick them at first is because
1) taking action aggrevates them and they may cause trouble while offline
2) taking action increases the rate at which that specific user spams. (this is has been proven before)

And you are requesting us to worsen the spam which the is opposite of what is best for the chat.

The reason I didn't kick them out was because I was trying to help them through this tough time in pm. She was afraid that her bf would do something horrible if they read what she sent him elsewhere. Are you suggesting that it's not okay to help a friend out in a time of need? Do you know what it's like to have a friend? If you think i'm playing favorites because of what i said, the answer is no. I've muted them before for unnecessary spam. The difference is easily viewable.

Regardless, you should take what Arkham said into consideration, which is to ignore them which is what I've said in chat to those being annoyed by the spam. Trust me; Shelbie, tp246, and I do our best to keep kids chat safe for everyone, but what you need to understand is that it's not like it's a pedophile spamming the chat with some link. If it was, then of course we'd kick them out and report for ban. Sorry if you think someone spamming how they're feeling about something is annoying you, but if you learned to ignore them, there would be no problem whatsoever.

Hello. Shelbie here. As for me telling you all to leave Xen alone that night, I know when everyone insults her, it just makes her angrier, and when she gets angrier, she spams faster and more efficiently.
Fore the second part,
She was worried about someone she loved harming themselves. And you all swearing at her, and calling her names were not helping.

What if you were in her place? You would want someone to help you through, correct?

Because currently I, myself, am going through a family death, and my friends support have helped me cope, and get through it.

I am sorry you feel this way, but all I said, was, “have some empathy. Try to put yourself in her shoes and feel the pain she is going through.”

That is all.

i got nailed with bad spam in private messages tonight also,i asked it to stop, i lost it and said **** off to the spammer and i got the boot not them , why ?
