A mod told me

Hi, a mod told me I would get killed, and that it's all been taken care of, before they became mod.
Now they're a mod, and they won't stop the harassment I get, but if I harass them back I DO get kicked, or muted.
He doesn't even mute them, kick or ban them.
How is this the case? Discrimination is a law you know?
