Account dissappear

I haven't logged on in awhile but my account was vip so I assumed it wouldnt be deleted automatically. But even doing forgot password or trying to sign in with email now says no account found.

I can't find any accounts for those names. I know they clear after a certain amount of time if there is no activity. Just a month though wouldn't delete.
