Account unbanned when using a different browser?

Note: I am just going to post bullet points so its easier to read.

-Made an account for adult chat (desktop) a couple days ago, tried logging in, only to see the "You have been banned from this site. You cannot enter !" message.
-Tried closing the browser (Firefox) and relogging into said account, same message.
-Tried Logging in with Edge browser because it could be browser? Not banned. Closed window
-Tried logging in again with Firefox, could?
-Closed Firefox, reopened, tried again and banned
-Could chat as a guest.
-Made a test account, could chat.
-Made account here verified and all, clicked banned on top of the screen, go to adult chat and log in on the banned account.

This just doesn't make sense to me. My IP stayed the same, and my cache and whatnot clears after the window is closed. If my account was banned, it shouldn't matter what I use to log in, it should be banned on it. Ignoring the fact I could randomly log into it, simply creating an account for the forums and trying to log in shouldn't be able to allow it in. I have no problem using another browser for this site if it is a glitch or something, but If I am banned I want to go through proper protocal and not try to worsen the situation for ban evading or something.
 
I'm more wondering how I can be banned when using one browser, but not the other unless its a glitch with Firefox. This seems glitch/tech related so I posted it here in case something is up along those lines and not a ban appeal.
 
Tried clearing cookies , seems hit or miss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. The login method that seemed to work the most (aside from using Edge) was *Search engine* >Main site>Adult. For whatever reason going *Search engine*>adult seemed to work the least (both methods coming fresh windows on Firefox with cleaning cookies upon loading it).

There is no reason on the Home Screen, just says banned from site, it happened a few days ago, the this morning I could get on site. Then after lunch I couldn’t get on again
 
You are not banned dimples however I have done a test ban .please clear all cache log out n log in back . Revert back if you can enter again .ty
