Add links to Suicide Prevention

So I wanna suggest that Chat Avenue add links and phone numbers to suicide prevention help outlets. In light of another thread it’s an issue that’s come up. If any ******** in any room needs help and is hiding it then perhaps information on the sign on screen and in forums would be helpful. A lot of people suffer in silence so any help Chat Avenue could offer would be beneficial to people. Thanks 🙂

You don't need to believe it, I don't need to believe it, but it will still be a fucked up 'fact' in CMs pea brained mind and like all other thread that are designed to provide REAL assistance for REAL problems, CM will bide his time and wait till the focus is off and remove the thread and hope no one will notice and he can go back to making money from the thousands of clicks from paedophiles that create a revenue for him.

Helping people who have real issues is not a good business decision for revenue for the owners of this website.

BUT I do enjoy watching the blind lead the blind defending him with both words and actions...including 'cleaning', modify and removing 'cuss words' or any other content that doesn't favour the revenue raising.

In this instance I wish I didn’t agree with you 😢😔. I e definitely seen over the last few years that’s all about revenue. The site says user safety is the number one issue, and with many staff it is, but the owner(s)clearly don’t share that philosophy. Time and time again we se users hide behind the shield of VIP to do the disgusting things they do. Only to get kicked from rooms endlessly but they keep coming back. I e made some great friends here and I will continue to chat with them because my friendships mean more to me than anything else here. I just wish CM would allow this place to be cleaned up. He may even find his revenue increase.

I'm not a lawyer but cm makes himself negligently responsible by not reporting pedophilic activities himself and instead "forcing" his mods to report it on his behalf. The mods bring this information to him and his response is "you do it".

Once the mods bring this information to him he is also a witness to these said activities, so he bears the same duty to report it. But he doesn't.

Thank goodness people like @purplerose exist but to that extent she is also enabling CM to keep doing what he does.

His whole response to this " I cooperate with law enforcement" .

The only issue i see with this suggestion is which number or site etc? Most western countries have their own sites and I know in my country there are different numbers in each state for different services.

Nice idea but potentially way to complicated for here

I agree it’d be difficult if not impossible to post something for every country that chats here. But perhaps a message on the sign on screen about seeking help if you need it. My thing is, if they can have links to cam sites for underage users to see, then they should be able to add something for suicide awareness/prevention.

Suicide hotlines and prevention programs don't help. they pretend to care about you. they are paid to pretend to care about you. if that helps you great. It didn't help me at all

That's just so he looks good. he doesn't give a **** about pedophiles or any bad that happens on his site. the more users the more money he gets so he wouldn't care who or what uses his site LOL

You are very kind and awesome to think of this. People are afraid to speak up so this is exactly what they need. Also works if they prefer to remain anonymous.
 
One of the things I believe is very important is realising Jesus Christ is the truest friend who never forsakes, so we should trust Him and praise Him even in most difficult hopeless situations coz with Him there is always a way. God is life and He wants us to live.
