Of course, we know what addiction is and how it is harmful to a person and society. People use drugs and alcohol under the pressure of everyday problems or stress, but in consequence, drugs can damage the structure of the brain, then these changes are fatal. The saddest aspect of this problem, that young people are ruining their lives, because of inexperienced. So, preventing the early use of drugs or alcohol may go a long way in reducing these risks.

I had to quit smoking when my endocrinologist told me I'm pre diabetic. Smoking caused my blood sugar lever jumped a lot. When I quit, it normalized. Of course, I also started to follow a healthy diet and work out regularly. I was also prescribed meds to overcome the highest numbers of glucose. So I don't smoke since then. However, it's better to quit on your own than to be forced by health condition.

Addiction .. when it's chronic .. is considered a disease ... psychologically and physically addictive .. and its treatable .

" where there's life .. there's hope "

so if you are in fact a chat addict as in a " Chataholic " do not despair for there is hope ... its treatable .. first step is to ... LOG OFF .

I can say the same about nicotine. I can't quite smoking for several years...
Perhaps you can use some black pepper oil? Ik it sounds weird but my aunt was a big smoker. She used to smoke almost a whole pack a day. She started using this and she sometimes smokes but only 1 or 2 cigarets every week.

I've been vaping for about five years now, and while it's a form of addiction, I've found it to be a way to manage my stress levels without turning to more harmful substances. Over the years, I've learned a lot about vaping, partly thanks to the comprehensive They've been a great resource, answering all types of questions I've had about vaping, from the basics to more complex inquiries about devices and e-liquids. This knowledge has helped me make more informed choices about what I'm putting into my body and has also allowed me to understand the importance of moderation and being aware of potential risks. The FAQs section has been particularly helpful in guiding me through my vaping journey, ensuring that I stay informed and safe.

All addictions are and not just drugs.

Vaping is not a safe alternative, its just switching one addiction to the next, just like vaping THC to avoid tar in weed isn't.

Absolutely, prevention is indeed key, and educating young people about the risks of early drug and alcohol use is crucial in reducing these risks. By raising awareness and providing support systems, we can help young individuals make informed decisions and steer clear of substances that can harm their physical and mental health. If you're interested in learning more about addiction prevention and treatment options, I recommend checking out an article on the Canadian Pharmacy site. They often provide valuable information and resources on various health-related topics, including addiction and recovery.

You're absolutely right, addiction can have devastating effects on individuals and society as a whole. It's especially heartbreaking to see young people fall prey to substance abuse due to lack of experience and guidance. Prevention and education are key to breaking this cycle and saving lives.
