Tried to log on this morning and getting the ban message. I havent done anything to get ban. I always follow the rules. Not sure why im banned

Is there a ban reason? Or is it just the “you are banned” page.

If not sounds like spam ban. Something the filter might have tripped as if it was an admin ban there would be a reason.

Is this in adult chat mobile or desktop?

Ok that sounds like a spam ban and the filter has detected something. Can you remember what you posted? You can wait for the admins to respond, PM them or try another age appropriate room in the meantime.

If what AC admins suggested hasn't resolved your issue- this post might be of use.

"If you see ban screen without any reason it doesn’t mean you’re banned. It means your IP is blocked until you’ve changed it and refreshed your page. Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked:
