Adult Chat - Kicked and banned for 30 minutes

Hello,

Earlier today I was kicked from the Adult Room and banned for 30 minutes for the reason of "incest talk". The thought of engaging in such a talk utterly offends me and I am deeply hurt that such an accusation was levied at me.

Never in my life have I even considered such an action, which is something that is deeply unethical and potentially illegal. In fact, on the very day my kick was executed, I had reported other room messages for being of an incestuous nature.

Unfortunately I am uncertain which moderator carried out this action. However, I hope that the moderator him/herself will recall the event and justify his/her actions. I will also expect a full apology for the vicious slur on my good character.

Kicks come with a time-out, also known as a ban, for up to two hours. As this thread has been made 27 minutes ago, your "ban" will have expired by now.

This is incorrect information, a kick and a ban are two very different things. A kick is performed by a moderator and temporarily removes you from a room for up to two hours of time (six hours for kids chat). A ban is performed by an admin and permanently or semi-permanently removes you from a room for days, weeks, months, or forever. Kicks are fairly common and generally follow a series of warnings and mutes, where as bans are reserved for severe offenses and extreme repeat offenders.

I certainly did not see any warnings being posted nor was I ever muted. However, as the reason for the kick was totally unwarranted, that is not a surprise.
